This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you use the Fundr web application/dashboard/platform (“Platform“) and participate in the United Community Fundr Association (“UCFA“). Upon Registration:

Financial Data (entered by administrators):
- Contributions (monthly savings records).

- Payout records (amount, dates).
Campaign Data (if applicable):

- Provide access to UCFA services (savings tracking, loans, payouts).

- Your data is stored in Supabase PostgreSQL (database) and Supabase Storage (for files like campaign images).
- We implement reasonable security measures (e.g., password hashing, access controls) to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.
- However, no system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Data Sharing
We do not share your personal information with third parties, except:
- As required by law or legal processes (e.g., court orders).
- To protect the rights, safety, or property of Fundr, UCFA, or others.
- Administrators manually input and manage financial data within the Platform.
Your Rights
Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, you have the right to:

- Request deletion of your data (subject to legal or operational requirements).

- We may update this Privacy Policy as needed. Changes will be posted on the Platform with the updated “Last Updated“ date. Continued use after changes indicates your acceptance.
